• Data Consent: By creating a profile, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and display of your personally identifiable information to provide matchmaking services.
• Policy Revisions: Manchahishaadi.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Age & Competency: You must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age under Indian Law (currently 18+ years for females and 21+ years for males).
• Legal Status: You warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter matrimony and are not restricted by any court order, decree, or injunction.
• Third-Party Profiles: If registering a profile on behalf of a sibling, child, or friend, you must have their explicit permission. Impersonation is a punishable crime under law.
• Providing false details may lead to suspension or termination of your account without any refund.

3. Account Security & Verification

• Credentials: Keep your login credentials confidential. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password, and for all activities under their account. 4. Privacy & Profile settings

•  Users have complete control over who can view their photos and contact details.
•  If privacy settings are not configured, the default visibility settings will apply automatically.
• Users must provide accurate information.
• Users must personally verify all details before making decisions.

• Misuse of visible data is not the platform’s responsibility.
• Managing privacy settings is solely the user’s responsibility.

5. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Content

6. Fees, Validity, & Refund Policy

• Subscription plans specify a maximum limit on how many profiles you can view or contact.
• This limit does not guarantee that the same number of profiles will always be available.
• Payments are accepted only via the official website.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable.

• No Refunds: All subscription, renewal, or special package fees are non-refundable, even if no suitable matches are found.
• Validity Extension: If a member does not find a match within their registration period, validity may be extended provided they have not crossed their designated contact view limits.
• Fraud Warning: All official payments must be made securely through the portal or to the bank account specified directly on the website. Manchahishaadi.com never requests direct cash transfers via unofficial individuals.

7. Disclaimers:

Content Moderation

·         www.manchahishaadi.com reserves the right to review, delete, or restrict any profile, photos, or content without prior notice if:

·         They violate these Terms, Contain offensive or illegal material, or Infringe third-party rights.

Profile Verification Disclaimer

·         “Verified Mobile” or “Verified Email” only confirms technical validity.

·          We do not guarantee the authenticity of any profile’s information.

·          Users must personally verify details before making decisions.

Technical Issues & Force Majeure

·          We aim for uninterrupted services, but we do not guarantee continuous uptime.

·         We are not liable for downtime, server failures, cyber attacks, or force majeure events.

·          No refunds or extensions will be provided for such occurrences.

Prohibited Activities

·         Users shall NOT: Post offensive, abusive, or vulgar content, Harass or impersonate others, Misrepresent personal details, Share others’ data without consent, Demand or give dowry.

Misuse & Fraud Protection

·         We never ask for OTPs, QR codes, cash, or offline payments.

Data Retention & Deletion

·         On account deletion, your profile becomes invisible to other users.

·          Certain details may be retained to comply with legal obligations.

·          Deleted profiles cannot be restored.

Limited Liability

·         www.manchahishaadi.com acts only as a digital profile listing platform.

·           We do not guarantee engagements, marriages, or successful matches.

·         We are not liable for: Accuracy of profile data, Misuse of information, Financial or personal losses.

·         Our maximum liability will never exceed the subscription fee paid by the user.

8. Safety Guidelines

• Content Accuracy: Manchahishaadi.com operates as an intermediary under Section 2(w) of the IT Act, 2000. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or authenticity of member profiles. Users are strongly advised to independently verify all profile details before acting upon them.
• Member Interactions: You are solely responsible for your interactions and physical meetings with other members. The platform disclaims all liability for cyber fraud or personal disputes between members.
• Service Availability: The platform is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without warranties of any kind.

·         Before taking any decision regarding marriage, users must personally verify all details of any profile.

·         While meeting anyone: Inform and involve family members, Arrange meetings in safe, family-approved locations, Follow your customs and traditions, Avoid private or isolated meetings.

·      Strictly prohibited: Exchanging money, Demanding or giving dowry, Sharing sensitive information like bank details or passwords, Providing false information or hiding personal details.

·          Disclaimer: Any decision to proceed with marriage, financial transactions, or meetings is entirely at the user’s own risk. www.manchahishaadi.com will not be liable for financial losses, emotional harm, dowry disputes, broken engagements, or any consequences arising from personal interactions.

9. Termination of Membership

• By Member: You may deactivate or delete your account at any time.
• By Platform: Manchahishaadi.com reserves the sole discretion to review, restrict, suspend, or terminate your membership without a refund if you violate this agreement, create multiple profiles, or use the service inappropriately.

10. Legal Provisions & Liability

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform’s liability for any cause whatsoever will always be limited to the exact amount paid by you, if any, for the service during your active membership.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manchahishaadi.com, its directors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your violation of this agreement or misuse of the service.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at District Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India.

11.       Right to Amend Terms and Conditions
